Shelly Robbins is an insurance professional with over 30 years of experience. Her career has spanned various roles within the industry, including working with independent agencies, 5 years State Farm, and most recently, a 13-year tenure with AAA. In July 2022, Shelly made a significant milestone in her career by purchasing the AAA agency where she had been employed. Shelly Enjoys AAA as it is the most diversified company she has worked with due to their wide span of companies both captive and independent carriers. Shelly takes pride in caring for her customers and ensuring they understand the need for the coverages available. Her dedication to educating clients and providing personalized service is a hallmark of her work. A lifelong resident of Tahlequah, Shelly attended Tahlequah Public Schools up to 10th grade before transferring to Locust Grove, where she graduated. She continued her education at Northeastern State University and has been insurance licensed since 1992. She loves her community and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and protect their assets.
In addition to her expertise in insurance, Shelly has a rich background as a professional photographer, a passion she pursued for 20 years. While she now engages in photography as a hobby, her creative eye remains a cherished skill. Shelly took a break in Insurance in 2009 and purchased the JC Penney Catalog store. She thrived at this business along with her photography and retail sales until the company phased out catalog sales in 2011 which was at that time when she went back into insurance. .
Outside of her professional life, Shelly enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing on the lake. Her diverse experiences and dedication to her work make her a valued professional in her field.
